The Zero-Max Speed Drives enable a variable speed from 0 to 400 per minute at an input speed of 1800 per minute.
Speed is infinitely and arbitrarily variable via an adjusting lever, always maintaining a defined torque.
Due to the fact that the output speed is to be set to a zero performance range, this variable speed gear also serves as overload protection. Various shaft arrangements are possible for gearboxes to allow the user a convenient integration into its application. Also rotational directions of the output shaft in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions can be selected (cw = clockwise and ccw = counter clockwise).
Various models cover a wide torque range. Typical applications can be found for example in textile machinery and pumps to reduce speed and therefore media flow rates.
