The spiral coupling for general applications

The Heliflex offers an excellent price-performance ratio and is suitable for countless applications - from general drive concepts to measuring instruments and small servo and stepper motors.
Due to its design with the spiral-shaped indentation (single-beam principle), it offers an adapted ratio between torsional stiffness and universal displacement capability for many applications.

For shaft diameters from 2 to 30 mm and torques up to 25 Nm

The Heliflex is made of aluminium for a low mass moment of inertia. It operates with low restoring forces and enables torque transmission up to 25 Nm. The product range covers a bore diameter range from 2 to 30 mm.
The range of backlash-free compensating couplings offers clamping hub designs of the GWC series as well as set screw designs GWS.
